General Recommendations

As adults, we have about 100,000 individual strands of hair on the scalp. It is normal to lose some- 50-100 strand every day. Hair loss is the result of the growth cycle of the follicles. Old hair 'dies' and new hair replaces it.

If you feel that hair loss is a problem there are a number of things you can do to lessen the effects. Contrary to what you may think, you don't necessarily have to accept hair loss as irreversible.

Hair Assist is effective for hair loss to slow or to stop the progression of hair loss whilst other users report total regrowth of their own natural hair.

Dietary Lifestyle Conditions
